    • Cancellations and refunds are not allowed
    • We are not responsible for duties, taxes and any other applicable charges that your country may charge (Except US customers)
    • We are unable to add the rep code after you have already placed your order, please note that not all special editions have rep codes.
    • We will not be forwarding addresses.

    If you provide an incorrect address and the package is already delivered, it is ineligible for a refund or replacement.

    If your tracking number shows that the package is missing, please reach out to us within one week. However, if your tracking number shows that the package has been delivered, it is ineligible for a refund or replacement.

    If you changed your address before we shipped your order, please email us so we can update it.
