BOOK BOX (FAQ)
Is this a subscription box?
- No, there's no subscription fee required to purchase our boxes; we offer a book box every two months.
Can I purchase more than one box?
- Unfortunately, we have a strict limit on our boxes and cannot accept multiple orders. If we notice that someone has ordered more than one box, we will have to cancel the entire order.
Are you offering free shipping for book boxes?
- We do not provide free shipping for any of our boxes. Our book boxes have a different policy compared to the regular trade books available in our online store.
Would you ship your book box internationally?
- We offer worldwide shipping, with the exception of European countries due to GPSR (This will not effect United Kingdom customers). We are in the process of compiling the necessary requirements for GPSR compliance to facilitate future shipments to the EU.
Do you offer local deliveries?(Edmonton and Area)
- We offer complimentary local delivery solely on weekends. Once the books have arrived from the printer, we will process them at the earliest opportunity. You will receive a notification via email when your order is en route or has been successfully delivered.
How does Rep code works?
- Rep codes are only valid for book box purchases and do not apply to standard trade books.
- We are unable to add Rep code after you have already placed your order.
Can I cancel my order?

Preorders cannot be cancelled. All sales made through preorders are final.
Initiating a chargeback or claim will lead to the cancellation of all your orders and a prohibition from accessing our website.
Do you accept returns & exchanges?
- All sales are final. The only exception is for items that are damaged or defective.

What is not considered damaged?
- Wavy pages
- Light scratches
- Small dents corner
- Blurred custom edges/Interior colour
- Creasing of the book spine
What is considered damaged?
- Ripped pages that affect the readability of the book
- Missing pages
- Broken or crushed spine
- Severely dented or crushed corners
Each claim for damage or missing items is evaluated individually. You will need to provide proof of purchase and evidence of the damages.
Please be aware that you have 7 days from the time we provide the return label to send the damaged item back to us.
If it’s not returned within the week, we will not accept or replace the package. Even if you send the package after the week has passed, we still won’t be able to replace it for you. You will need to buy a label for us to return your damaged book.

Lost/Stolen Packages?
- We cannot be held liable for any lost or stolen packages.
- If your package is lost or stolen, we advise you to reach out to the postal service provider right away for further guidance.
What is causing the delay in shipping my order?
- All book boxes are available for pre-order only.
- For shipping status on all boxes, please check our shipping updates.
- After your label is printed, you will get an email with tracking information. Please allow up to a week for the tracking to be updated. If there is no update after 2 weeks, please reach out to us via email so we can assist you.
Has my package been sent back to the sender?
- If a package is returned to us after the customer has been informed by the post office to collect it, the customer will need to cover the costs for reshipping. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds.
- No refunds will be provided for declined packages.
REGULAR TRADE BOOKS (FAQ)
Do you ship regular trade books for free?
- We provide free shipping on all orders of $50CAD or more before taxes (excluding book boxes) inside Canada. Please be aware that we do not ship to P.O. boxes. If you use a P.O. box, we will reach out to you for an alternative address, or we may need to cancel your order.
Do you ship regular trade books outside Canada?

We are thrilled to share that we now provide international shipping for our regular trade books, with the exception of EU countries due to GPSR regulations (the United Kingdom is not included in this restriction).
Customers in USA can enjoy free shipping on orders of $100CAD or more (excluding book boxes)
Do you offer local deliveries?(Edmonton and Area)
- We provide local delivery exclusively on weekends; please contact us to arrange this service before placing an order.
How long would it take to get my pre-orders?
- Pre-orders are usually ready to ship on the release date, but sometimes delays can happen due to shipping issues beyond our control. Rest assured, we will send your order out to you as soon as we have it in stock.
Can I request other book titles that you don’t have listed?
- Absolutely! We offer 15% off of regular price for special orders. Please keep in mind that we require minimum of 5 books and a full payment for any special orders. We can't guarantee that we'll be able to secure all the titles. Kindly contact us and we will assist you as soon as possible.
How long would it take to get my special orders?
- Shipping generally depends on the publisher, it usually takes about 2 business day for us to receive special orders in our shipping facility. (Please note that shipping is out of our control)
How does ExclusiPoints work?
- ExclusiPoints is only valid for regular trade books purchases and does not apply to book boxes. During the entire pre-order period for the book box, this feature will be turned off.
- If you ordered regular trade books while ExclusiPoints was inactive and would like to earn points from those purchases, please reach out to us via email and include your order number.
- ExclusiPoints cannot be used for purchasing book boxes.
